Jeff Bezos' Money If Stacked Can Get into Space

Senior physicist Neil deGrasse Tyson said Jeff Bezos's treasures were structured into space. It could be twice the launch distance of its Blue Origins rocket yesterday.

This he conveyed in a tweet he uploaded on July 19, 2021. Tyson's tweet immediately received mixed reactions from netizens.

"The net worth of @JeffBezos is approximately USD 200 billion. That stack of dollars will double his Blue Origins rocket launch," Tyson wrote, which was liked more than 14 thousand times.

But not everyone agrees with tyson's calculations. One of them is @my_physical.

"Um, that's not true. Someone definitely didn't check this out before you tweeted. I'm just saying yes. JB doesn't fly to an altitude of about 6 thousand miles. What do you do for a living? As a Science educator? All right then. Here, I'll try to help, Neil. Pretend that one US dollar is 0.0043 thin," he said.

"200,000,000,000 times 0.0043 inches = 860,000,000 inches = 71,666,666 feet = 13,573 miles. Blue Origins only goes up ~62 miles... Looks like it's JAAAUUUH more than 2x. Am I miscalculating?" said another.

"I turned it into a metric (maths is much easier) and this seems to be true, I get 21,800 km. Neils's math, err, is technically correct (more than twice its height)," the netizen also counters Tyson's count.

Please note, the sub-orbital boundary of the Earth is 100 km from sea level. After that is in space, so 21,800 km has penetrated far enough out of space.

But some think Tyson's calculations are correct. Some are debating, how much is the value of the money arranged? What is USD 1? Or a sheet of USD 100?
