Messi Loses Rp 1.72 M per Day

 

Lionel Messi is losing big when he is without a club like he is now. Messi must lose around 100 thousand euros or about RP 1.72 M per day!

Messi has been officially out of Barcelona since 1 July, as his contract has not been renewed. Messi still wants to continue with Barcelona.

The problem is that Barcelona's financial condition makes them unable to contain Messi. Because, Messi receives a salary of about 700 thousand euros per week or about Rp 7.2 billion.

With the financial crisis experienced by the club, Barcelona had difficulty moving freely to buy or even sign players. So far, Barcelona have only signed Eric Garcia, Memphis Depay and Sergio Aguero on a free transfer.

However, the three players could not be registered because Barcelona's salary bill exceeded the laLiga limit of 160 million euros or down half more than last season, around 347 million euros!

That means Barcelona still have to release many of its players in the transfer market this summer with a total salary bill of 180 million euros. Then it is impossible for Barcelona to recruit Messi whose salary is exorbitant.

Even high-paid players such as Antoine Griezmann, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele are likely to also be released, if they are to retain Messi.

Lionel Messi's loss would have been even greater had he not signed a contract with Barcelona or another club. However, Messi certainly has a large stash so there is no need to worry about temporary annoyance.
